Are pets allowed at the hotel?

Pets are not allowed in all our unit hotels.

Are your hotel rates per room or person?

Room rates include breakfast for 2 persons, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort, and tax and service charges unless otherwise specified.

Can I make changes to my booking after it has been confirmed?

Yes. Please amend your booking on our website or send an email to our reservation department for assistance at [email protected] with the title "Change of Reservation"

Please note that any change is subject to room availability.

Do you provide shuttle services from the airport to the hotel?

Yes, we offer airport pick-up for an additional IDR 600K NET/CAR/WAY charge. Please ask our reservation team when you make a booking.

How can I check the availability of rooms and rates?

Go to our instant confirmation booking page. Enter your required check-in and check-out dates. The search engine will then generate room availability and rates.

Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah, and billing is processed in Indonesian Rupiah.

What is included in the room rate?

Room rates include breakfast for 2 persons, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort, and tax and service charges unless otherwise specified.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

If you fail to arrive on the specified date or cancel a booking within 2 days before arrival, you will be charged the total room rate. We will refund your payment or deposit for any cancellation requested more than 2 days in advance. Refunds usually take approximately 14 working days. If your payment or deposit were charged to a credit card, the refund would be made to that credit card.

What is your policy for children staying at the hotel?

Unless otherwise specified, the maximum number of children sharing a room with parents is one.

We will charge for an extra bed for children aged 6 to 12.

An extra bed for children under 6 years old is free of charge.

What is your policy for late check-out and day use?

Late check-out depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Late check-out up to 6 PM is charged at 50% of the room rate. Check-out after 6 PM is charged as a 1-night stay.

Which credit cards do you accept for payment?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.
